At Ling's Moment, we want your wedding and event decor to be absolutely perfect. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that delicate floral arrangements and accessories are secured to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
